🍊VERSE OF THE DAY

Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
2 Corinthians 1:21-22

MEDITATION

As soon as we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, we are marked and sealed as God's own. Next, the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within us as a guarantee of our inheritance. This consciousness that God owns us ought to greatly influence our daily lifestyles.

PRAYER

As our owner, dear heavenly Father, please help us to understand how deserving You are of all our loyalty, reverence, and obedience. We repent for not living daily as the people of Your pasture and sheep of Your hand. We hand over to You the absolute right to control every area of our lives, including our decisions, appetites, emotions, choices, and endeavours. 
May this realization of Your ownership of us, now shape our identities and grant us a renewed sense of belonging, boldness, and purpose.
Our prayer is with thanksgiving, in Jesus' matchless name, Amen 🍇🍇
