PREAMBLE TO THE OCTOBER 1, 2018 PROPHECY
I am delighted to send you this prophetic word that was received on 1st October, 2018 at the Cornerstone Foundation Centre in D – Line, Port Harcourt, one of the locations where the concluded One Day National Prophetic Worship was observed. It is noteworthy that in this particular location, believers from different ministries and intercessory groups had run the Worship Session for 24 Straight hours, from 6:00pm Sunday 30th September to 6:00pm Monday 1st October, 2018.
Recall that on Sunday September 16th, 2018 at the All Nations Convocation for Prayer in Jerusalem with over 150 Nations in attendance, the renown American Prophetess, Dr. Mrs. Cindy Jacobs, called out a Nigerian and prophesied about Nigeria in these following words:
And the Lord says, as I stand in heaven, if you can for one day, fill Nigeria with Worship, and raise a canopy of worship from the North to the East, the West and the South, and then in Abuja…. The Lord says, I Am going to begin to change the atmosphere. This has to be done before the election. And the Lord says, with worship, I want to sit on My Throne, I want to manifest”
The response to this call for 24hours Worship was massive and unprecedented. Believers from various prayer ministries and denominational leanings, both in Nigeria and the diaspora participated enthusiastically in the Worship programme.
The prophecy you are receiving now came as God’s loving response to the obedience of the church in Nigeria, to fill the nation with unbroken worship for one day.

OCTOBER 1, 2018 PROPHECY
My people in Nigeria, I have been waiting for, desiring and looking forward to this day. It is a day appointed, a day and a season I have so much longed for.
I have entered in a majestic way, as a Warrior, in My War Regalia, as The Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and The End, and He Who has the final say. Who will say when I have not spoken and who will speak and it will come to pass?
Nigeria I have blotted out your sins, your sins are forgiven. I have pardoned you. Nigeria, take your place and your position. I put you back on your seat. Your place shall no longer be vacant or abandoned. You have done that which is pleasing unto Me. I have come to inhabit your praises. Your seasons have changed. Nigeria, you are very dear to my heart. I have made a lot of sacrifices and gone the extra mile for your sake.
Today, My Loving Kindness has found you, and My Mercies that endure forever has been shown unto you. Your sins are forgiven. Nigeria, I count no more charges against you. Nigeria, your voice shall be heard.
I need this unity, oneness, togetherness and this obedience. The Church in Nigeria rise and shine, march forward. I have broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron asunder. Nigerian Church Rise! I do not require ‘fire on the mountain’ from you. Continue, go forth in this thy might. Nigerian Church, I want to spark up revival. I am decorating you afresh and removing every garment that is stained and soiled. Nigeria arise, buckle your shoes, put on your shoes in readiness and preparedness to go. Your shame has been removed and your calamity taken away. In place of disgrace I will give them grace. Nigeria, I love you.
Whosoever seeks Me will find me. You have sought Me and have found Me. I will go before you to make every crooked path straight, fill up the valleys and I will level your mountains for My namesake. Who can question Me and who can say what doeth Thou. This day have I turned around My Face towards you. I will no longer remember your iniquity. Because you have returned to Me, so have I returned to you.
Now will you call Me and I will answer, you will seek Me and find Me. The nations that had laughed at you will look towards you. I have given My angels charge over you. My angels have come to carry out my instruction. You that have stood with Me, I will stand with you in thick and in thin. I will cause you to smile, laugh, rejoice and celebrate.
They will say, how did it happen, just overnight? This is to show and confirm My word:
‘Who hath heard such a thing? Who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.’ ISAIAH. 66:8
To the Church in Nigeria, I give you the key. Take back the key, the key to operate in your authority. When you open it opens, when you close it closes. I see for many that are here The Lord Is changing your garment and He says, you will shine!

COMMENTARY ON OCTOBER 1, 2018 PROPHECY – EMEKA NWANKPA
The prophecy begins with My people in Nigeria,…
The implications of God calling us “My people” are many. A reading and study of Jer. 32: 38-42 shows the following:
a) God will be our God. It will not be like the situation in the desert when Israel worshipped the molten calf and the LORD said to Moses, “….Go, get down. For Your people whom you brought out of the land of Egypt have corrupted themselves. (Exod. 32:7)
God had effectively decided to disinherit the people and distance Himself from them. Moses had to intercede and travail before God decided that His presence would go with them!
For us, this is huge. God has forgiven us our unquantifiable sins to call us “My People”.
I have entered in a majestic way, as a warrior, in my war regalia, as The Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and the End, and He who has the final say.
This development calls for us to behave like Joshua (Joshua 5:13-15) – fall on our faces, worship and ask, “What does my Lord say to his servant?”.
The church has a lot of battles flowing from Psalm 2. We must now carefully listen to hear His strategy, His orders and His commands and obey Him.
“Nigeria I have blotted out yours sins, your sins are forgiven”. Four times in this prophecy, God says that He has forgiven us our sins. He has blotted out our sins.
This is in consonance with scripture, “I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud thy sins; return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.” (Isaiah 44:22).
We have the responsibility now to RETURN TO GOD in every area of our lives and in our corporate conduct as the church.
Nigeria I have blotted out your sins, your sins are forgiven. I have pardoned you. Nigeria take your place and your position. I put you back on your seat. Your place shall no longer be vacant or abandoned..
Nigeria, in addition to having our sins blotted, have now regained our PLACE, our POSITION and our SEAT. This implies Restoration. It implies the end of the false narrative that Satan brought about by reason of our sins. This needs to be understood. Let us take a look at a time in Israel’s early history.
In Genesis 15:13-14, God made a covenant with ABRAHAM and told him the trajectory of Israel’s history up to and including the period of their sojourn in Egypt before returning to Canaan. But in Genesis 37 some of the children of Jacob tried to kill, but eventually sold their brother JOSEPH into slavery. The new narrative was as follows:
Joseph is dead (But he ended up a slave in Egypt). He was lost to the family. The brothers carried guilty consciences from their conspiracy to sell their brother and the lie to their father that Joseph was dead.
Finally Jacob had to mourn and carry the grief over Joseph for many years.
But in Genesis 43:9 JUDAH BECAME SURETY FOR BENJAMIN before Jacob allowed his sons to take him to Egypt to see (Joseph).
Then in Genesis 44:32 JUDAH INTERCEDED AS SURETY FOR THE HOUSE OF JACOB (ISRAEL) before Joseph.
This resulted in a true confession of the sins of the sons of Jacob, the reconciliation with Joseph, the revelation of Joseph, the establishment of the fact that he was alive and the restoration of the ORIGINAL PLAN to Bring them into EGYPT. Jacob was now sure that Joseph was alive and not dead.
This prophecy implies the RESTORATION of the original narrative from God for Nigeria – that when God finishes dealing with her, she will be one of safest nations in which to live. There will also be the fulfilment of Him having given us a missionary spirit and would use us in the Middle East and in Russia to minister the gospel.
“I count no more charges against you”.
What a wonderful release. It means there were charges against us before the court of Heaven. See HOSEA 41-2 “Hear the word of the LORD, O people of Israel! The LORD has filed a lawsuit (charge) against you saying, “There is no faithfulness, no kindness, no knowledge of God in your land. You curse and lie and kill and steal and commit adultery. There is violence everywhere, with one murder after another.” All that has been dropped by the LORD. Halleluyah!
Nigeria your voice shall be heard.
This implies that our voice as a nation shall now be heard in the comity of nations. Our voice will become strategic and important. It will also mean that God will synthesize and influence the vessels to produce that voice. It will also mean that God will speak through that voice.
The church in Nigeria rise and shine, march forward. I have broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron asunder.
This means that hitherto the church in Nigeria was in prison.
Nigeria church, I want to spark up revival.
This is the ultimate good news and promise. God wants to SPARK UP REVIVAL, in the middle of this darkness that was covered the earth and gross darkness its people, God is about to explode it with the light of Revival. It will be massive. It will bring about an avalanche of righteousness; God will overrun Nigeria with His power, righteousness and transformation. It will mean a lot of work for the church. It calls for training ahead of time.
Your shame has been removed and your calamity taken away.
We are all witnesses to the doomsday prophecy by the CIA that Nigeria would break up in 2015 and would become a failed state.
We also remember the infamous quit notice given by the Arewa Youths to the Igbos to leave the North. There were other counter eviction notices pronounced by various groups against others. God forbid, if those things had happened, they would have been calamitous.
This prophecy confirms that God himself took them away.
In place of disgrace I will give them grace.
We all know that the graceless conduct of Nigerians inside and outside Nigeria makes life difficult and causes foreigners to dislike us.
We would now learn to be orderly, humble, law-abiding, less aggressive and considerate of others as we receive grace from God.
Whoever seeks me will find me. You have sought me and found me. I will go before you to make every crooked path straight, fill up the valleys and I will level your mountains for my namesake.
We are in for a new era with God in Nigeria. The church can now have the assurance of investigative, inquiry and seeking prayers answered.
As we embark on the next aspect of walking with God, we have the assurance that Divine help is available. We can commune with God knowing that He has turned His face towards us.
The nations that had laughed at you will look towards you.
The radical change in our national fortune and stature will be so visible, empirical, astounding, mind blowing that the nations that had laughed at us will look TOWARDS US in awe, wonder and amazement.
I have given my angels charge over you. My angels have come to carry out my instruction.
Angels that have charge over cities in Nigeria (Ezek. 8 & 9) and over the nation itself will now receive instructions from God to match this new dispensation as well as for them to do whatever needs to be done to achieve God’s desires.
You that have stood with Me I will stand with you in thick and in thin. I will cause you TO SMILE, LAUGH, REJOICE AND CELEBRATE.
This is an exclusive aspect of the prophecy referring to those who according to God’s record STOOD WITH HIM. He will make such people SMILE, LAUGH, REJOICE and CELEBRATE.
It is a promise that is loaded and will progressively escalate from smiling through laughter to rejoicing and peak with celebration. When God orchestrates these events they would be memorials.
To the church in Nigeria, I give you the key. Take back the key, the key to operate in your authority. When you open it opens when you close it closes. I see for many that are here the LORD is changing your garment and He says, you will shine.
