June 2015 Prayer Guide

DAY 3, 10 17, 24

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD

God is the Being of all beings, the Governor of the world and all the men in it. There is nothing about His promises for Nigeria we cannot trust Him to do even in this new government dispensation.

Read 2 KINGS 6:24-33 / 2 KINGS 7:1-20

2 KINGS 7:1-2

Think of the many positive prophetic promises God has given to Nigeria. Let us praise and give Him glory because all those promises have integrity and will never fail no matter what.

2 KINGS 7:1-2

God?s promises through Elisha completely reversed the economic situation in Samaria within 24hrs. Instead of scarcity there was such an abundance that food prices radically dropped in the city.

Remind God of our seemingly impossible fuel and power shortages. Ask God to intervene miraculously as He did in Samaria. Let this new Administration be used of God to encourage the private sector to build refineries.

2 KINGS 7:3

Notice that God can use any person with humble hearts to showcase His power and might. Beseech God to use all the newly elected leaders in Nigeria, despite their limitations to usher in the much needed era of great abundance and transformation in Nigeria.

2 KINGS 7:3

Pray that in this new dispensation all Nigerian citizens despite tribe and tongue will willingly commit to making individual contributions from wherever they are so that Nigeria will realize her mission as a great Nation in the world. Let every body practice becoming the change we desire to see in Nigeria.

2 KINGS 7:2

The king’s officer doubted the power of God, the creativity of God and the messenger of God and he perished at the time of God?s visitation.

Let us repent for the ways we have questioned the truthfulness of God?s promises in our lives, business, families, church and nation.

Pray that your faith will never break down while trusting God for the greater, future of Nigeria.

2 KINGS 7:4

God influenced the logic and action steps of the four lepers. God moved over their hearts and stirred their hearts to take the risky step that brought about a National miracle.

Pray that God will Himself influence and motivate all the critical policy decisions of the new administration and use them to achieve amazing feats in this country.

2 KINGS 7:4

The four lepers showed themselves to be thinkers. They used their minds, asked the right questions and analysed several options before arriving at the action step they took.

Pray these qualities into the lives of leaders at all levels in this new government to lead Nigeria into abundance. Invoke the seven spirits of God upon them.

2 KINGS 7:6

Ask the Lord to cause the mischief makers in Nigeria to hear what He desires them to hear, especially those that have laid a siege, against the economy of this nation and have brought so much famine and hunger in the land. Let the fate of the army of Syria befall them.

2 KINGS 7:7

Pray that God will send some measure of supernatural encounters and confusion to all the troublers of this nation and plunder them of all the ill-gotten resources that rightly belong to the people of the land.

2 KINGS 7:9, JOB 34:32

Pray that God will open our eyes as Nigerians to the various areas where we are not doing right, so that we can amend our ways of unbridled selfishness and begin to act in public interest.

2 KINGS 7:8-9

Jesus did not come to save us that we might live unto ourselves; He came to save us from selfishness.

Let us repent of all acts of selfishness and primitive acquisition of money and properties. Ask God to help us realise whether as politicians or religious leaders that the things that bring ultimate joy involve others.

2 KINGS 7:10-12

The good news from the lepers was communicated in the simplest humble way possible without undue fanfare. It went from one person to another until it reached the king.

Pray that God will return the church in the nation to the path of simplicity and moderation in the conduct of our activities and ministries.

2 KINGS 7:4,9

The four lepers God used to bring national deliverance to Samaria worked together in unbroken unity. They showed themselves good team players.

Pray this quality upon all the newly elected leaders as they begin to serve this nation in various capacities. That they may eschew ran our and petty rivalries.

2 KINGS 7: 6-7

Israel was powerless against the besieging army but God wasn?t powerless. He attacked the Syrian army in His own special way.

Invite Him to come in His unorthodox way and fight all the armies of wicked shepherds and leaders who are bent on milking this nation dry without serving the people. Let God deliver His inheritance in the land.
