DAY 7, 14, 21, 28
PRAYER FOR ISRAEL
PROV. 21:1
Thank God that Prime Minister Netanyahu has finally been able to assemble a coalition to govern the country. Pray that this cabinet will have great wisdom and receive direction from the Lord as they deal with the complex and dangerous issues facing the country.
PSALM 20:7
Pray that Israel will trust in the Lord as their shield and defender, trusting Him to provide what is needed to protect the nation. Pray that Israel?s government will stand strong in its opposition to the Iranian nuclear agreement and not be manipulated into silence by foreign governments.
PSALM 83:1-4
Pray that the eyes of the world will be opened to Iran?s intent to destroy the nation of Israel. Pray that those nations who have agreed that the Jewish people should never face another Holocaust will ally with Israel in preventing Iran from perpetrating one.
DEUT. 14:2
Pray against the rising tide of anti-Semitism in Europe and the world. Pray that the EU, and the rest of the international community as well, will take whatever steps are necessary to eradicate this evil.
GEN. 12:3
Thank the Lord for Israel?s medical community and their dedication to giving life-saving care to the Palestinian people. Pray that such efforts on Israel?s part will continue, not just saving lives, but changing hearts among Palestinians as they recognize the value Israel places on every human life.
PSALM 25:22
Just recently about 5 rockets were fired into Israel from Gaza.
Pray that the God of Israel will thwart every attempt on the part of radical groups in Gaza to fire on innocent Israeli civilians; pray that Israel will not be forced into another retaliatory war.
ISA. 41:11
Pray that the Lord will bring an end to the reign of terror perpetrated by Hezbollah. Pray that their activities as Iran?s proxy will be ineffective and their jihadist members will be scattered by the God of Israel.
PSALM 109:1-3
Pray that the scandalous recommendation by an UN envoy to include the army of Israel on the blacklist of terror organization like Al-Qaeda and Boko Haram be rejected by the international community and refuted in the public arena. Pray that such horrific anti-Semitism be exposed for what it is.
ISA. 43:1
Pray that the nations of the world do not enter into any agreement with Iran that would allow that nation to continue its nuclear program. Pray that, as these negotiations drag on, Iran will not be able to use the time to further its nuclear ambitions, posing a very real threat to Israel?s very existence.
ROV. 2:6-9
Pray that this attempt to further delegitimize Israel by depriving Israeli teams of participation in the arena of international sports does not succeed. Pray that, as Israel is allowed to continue to compete, its commitment to sportsmanship, fairness and righteousness will be apparent to all.
EZK. 38:23
Praise the Lord that Israel continues to be a thriving democracy and beacon of freedom and righteousness in the Middle East while surrounded by nations who share none of those values. Pray that her light will shine brightly in the region and around the world, bringing glory to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
